A hybrid of traditional and deionized water is used for your porperty's needs.
Hand-detailed interiors
Squeegee and microfiber by hand, edges included, floors protected.
Sills, frames and tracks
Wiped down on the same visit rather than sold as an add-on.
Screens out and back
Removed, rinsed, dried and rehung.
Skylights
Skylights cleaning is included in the scope.
Walk and sign off
We look at it with you before the truck leaves.
How a visit actually runs
Walk the property
We count the glass, check the access and put the price in writing before anything starts.
Protect the surroundings
Anything at risk of being water damaged is protected prior to cleaning.
Clean with pure water
Deionized water leaves no minerals behind, so the glass dries without spotting.
Sign off together
We walk it with you at the end. Anything missed is corrected on the spot.

All products are safe, non toxic, and non corrosive
Water-fed poles cover most Tahoe homes up to four stories. Anything above that gets quoted under high access, and we will tell you if it is not something we should take on.
