Hard water and mineral stain removal
Sprinkler overspray and snowmelt bond minerals to glass. A normal clean will not touch them.
Spotting is not dirt, it is deposit
Water carrying calcium and magnesium dries on the pane and leaves the minerals behind. Each cycle adds a layer, and after a few seasons that layer starts to bite into the glass surface itself.
That is the part worth understanding before you pay anyone: early deposit lifts cleanly, late-stage etching is physical damage to the pane and no product reverses it.

One pane treated and graded before anything else is quoted.

Restoration compound
Applied by hand at the grade the glass needs, never blanket-applied.
Neutralize and rinse
Frames, seals and landscaping rinsed clear afterwards.
Where your glass probably sits
We test a panel first and grade it in front of you, so you are buying a known outcome rather than a hope.
Surface deposit
Minerals sitting on the glass. Lifts fully with a restoration compound and a proper rinse. Most homes are here.
Early etching
The deposit has started to bite. Clarity improves substantially, but a faint shadow can remain at certain angles.
Deep etching
The pane surface is pitted. No compound restores this. We will tell you before we take payment, and glass replacement is the honest answer.
Questions we get asked
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise has not tested your glass. Surface deposit comes out fully. Deep etching is permanent damage to the pane. The test panel tells us which one you have.
Not when it is graded correctly, which is the reason for the test panel. Aggressive compounds on lightly spotted glass cause more harm than the spotting did.
Redirect the sprinkler heads hitting the glass. That single change solves most cases. A coating helps where lake spray or snowmelt is the source instead.
